About my photography
Born in 1973, I live and work in Trentino.
A self-taught photographer, I began to use photography as a medium of expression in 2002.
After learning the basics and carrying out the first experiments with single-lens reflex, I adopted the rangefinder system as my instrument of choice for photographic research.
My personal photographic journey is driven primarily by curiosity, instinct and the desire to experiment.
Today I use both digital and film cameras, 35mm or medium format, depending on the subject matter and my vision.
Always fascinated by the elegance, depth and immediacy of black and white, in recent years I have become very interested in processes of digital conversion and image printing with high quality inkjet systems.
